Shipping & Return policy

Shipping, Exchange & Refund policy:

  • Respective Vendors Return & Exchange Policy can be read in *KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS*just below the image of your selected products. 
  • We offer 3 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
  • Customer can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on [email protected].
  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatch from our warehouse
  • COD orders will be shipped only if order confirmation is given via WhatsApp/Phone.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and Indian holidays.
  • If the customer need to change the product size/color/quantity, he or she need to inform during the time of order confirmation call from our representative.
  • If the customer cancels the cash on delivery order, we will not process cash on delivery for the same customer next time. The respective customer need to opt for online payment on the next order. (so please don't cancel the order at the time of delivery since it involves shipping cost & reverse shipping cost ).
  • Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
  • If customer have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method in accordance with our refund policy, once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to customer was faulty from our seller end, then seller will proceed with the replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product at seller end and QC verified.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin- code.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Once return is placed it usually takes 24 working hours for approval. Once approved our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days.
  • Once picked up it usually takes 8-10 working days (sometimes earlier) for the return to reach our warehouse. Our team will perform QC within 24-48 hours.
  • COD charges are Non-Refundable
  • Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, any further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable only if you pay two way shipping charges in advance.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into the particular bank account shared by the customer.
  • Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 working days after we receive and process your return. We will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking.
  • We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved by seller and seller receive the product from you, the replaced item will be shipped to you. One time shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
    • Seemattistores.com has been following strict guidelines regarding the hygiene of intimate wear even before the pandemic. Hence, the following products cannot be returned due to intimate hygiene reasons:
    • All Panties/ Innerwear
    • All accessories
    • All White Garments
  • The above list ultimately means that you can return/ exchange the following items given a size issue/ fault in the product. Exchange entirely depends on availability and customer preference.

  • Please note that we do not solve customer queries on Instagram, Facebook or any social media platforms
  • Typically, refunds are credited to your account within 7 working days. This varies from bank to bank, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder’s credit card account since this falls in the Cardholder’s issuing bank’s purview
  • SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
     In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have courier the product(s) to the following address: www.seemattistores.com  No.10, Railway Station road, Kumbakonam – 612001
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • PLEASE NOTE:Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed your shipment amount charged on the order. We recommend using "Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail [email protected] with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e- mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund
