Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Return & Exchange Terms

  • We offer a 2-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
    This applies to all products except non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons (e.g., innerwear, panties, accessories, and white garments).
  • Note: We do not provide refunds for these products. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as not liking the material, colour, or appearance of the product.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Unused and Unworn Condition: Products must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Size Exchange Only: Exchanges are allowed only for size issues and will be processed subject to stock availability with the vendor.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, the product may be returned as per our return policy.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the issue is from the seller’s end, we will process a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • If 48 hours have passed, you can still raise a request via email at info@seemattistores.com or phone at 8438355305.

4. Return/Exchange Pickup & Charges

  • Return Pickup: Arranged by the vendor.
    • For COD orders, ₹100 pickup charge will be deducted from your refund.
    • For prepaid orders, customers must pay the ₹100 pickup charge via GPay or any accepted method.
  • Exchange Pickup: Customer must pay the ₹100 pickup charge. Replacement shipping will be covered by the vendor.
  • Wrong/Faulty Product: No pickup or shipping charges apply if the issue is from our end.
  • If a replacement shows in-stock on the website but is physically out of stock, pickup charges will be borne by the vendor.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, the pickup charge will also be borne by the vendor.

5. Return/Exchange Process

  • Product Images & Video: An unboxing or opening video and product images are mandatory to process any request.
  • Approval: Requests are approved within 48 working hours after verification.
  • Pickup: Courier pickup will be arranged within 2 working days after approval.
  • Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Products failing QC or showing signs of use will not be accepted.

7. Quality Check & Refund/Exchange

  • All returned products undergo a quality check (QC) at our warehouse.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days after QC approval.
  • Exchanges are shipped within 2 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
