2. On receipt of the Product if you notice damaged or non-opted product, Please lodge a ticket within 48 hours of delivered date with product image/video/Courier Way bill Copy through

5. We recommend /suggest “Speed Post” to send the Return Product(s) to reach us safely without any loss/damage as we are not responsible for in transit lost.
6. Ensure you obtain an acknowledgement receipt from Courier person with Name, signature, Mobile Number to claim the loss/damage in case the product(s) eventuality.
7. Lingerie/Innerwear is not accepted for Return/Exchange due to hygiene norms.
8. Exchanges/Returns are not accepted if washed or worn, damaged,stain products.
