1. If a damaged product or incorrect product received by customer, instead company will exchange the Quality product with required Size.
We donāt provide refund for that product. Exchanges/returns are not accepted for reasons such as not liking material and colors of the product.
2. On receipt of the Product if you notice damaged or non-opted product, Please lodge a ticket within 48 hours of delivered date with product image/video/Courier Way bill Copy through

5. We recommend /suggest āSpeed Postā to send the Return Product(s) to reach us safely without any loss/damage as we are not responsible for in transit lost.

7. Lingerie/Innerwear is not accepted for Return/Exchange due to hygiene norms.
