Shipping,Return and Exchange Info:

1. If a damaged product or incorrect product received by customer, instead company will exchange the Quality product with required Size.
We don’t provide refund for that product. Exchanges/returns are not accepted for reasons such as not liking material and colors of the product.

4. Company don’t offer return pick up. Please send the Return Products(s) to the address given:

5. We recommend /suggest “Speed Post” to send the Return Product(s) to reach us safely without any loss/damage as we are not responsible for in transit lost.

7. Lingerie/Innerwear is not accepted for Return/Exchange due to hygiene norms.
8. Exchanges/Returns are not accepted if washed or worn, damaged,stain products.

Exchanges:

1. Products need to be exchanged shall be intact on Saleable Conditions meaning – Product(s) must be Unused, Not worn, Un washed, un damaged, all labels and tags intact in its original Packing conditions.
2. One time Exchange is allowed per order.
3. Normally Exchanges are opted for Size difference. Your request of Size will be exchange to the Value of amount Paid earlier.
4. Please note Customer can claim Returns/Exchange if the Products are intact in saleable conditions (not used/worn, not damaged, no strain, original product are taken for Returns /Exchange)
